The RSR123, produced since 2007, has two crucial advantages. Firstly, it is highly resistant to electromagnetic interference; secondly, it has a pluggable connection cable.
The Frauscher Wheel Sensor RSR123 combines a variety of inductive processes on the basis of patented V.Mix technology. This is what makes the SIL4-tested sensor highly resistant to electromagnetic interference, which is caused by eddy current brakes, for example. The convenient plug-in connection considerably reduces the time spent on mounting and maintenance in a hazardous area.
