Dimitri van Zantvliet, Cybersecurity Director at CISO Dutch Railways
Dimitri van Zantvliet is the Cybersecurity Director and CISO of Dutch Railways (Nederlandse Spoorwegen). He’s also Co-Chair to the Dutch and European Rail ISACS and European Railway CISO Forum, a cyber columnist/author and a regular speaker at international conferences, chair of the board of Dutch CISO Foundation and member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Anti Online Child Abuse foundation OffLimits. Passionate about technology, innovation, cybersecurity and data privacy, Dimitri’s experience spans three decades and includes leadership positions at multinationals (local) government, consultancies and critical infrastructures. Dimitri holds an international master’s degree in business administration and cyber certificates such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, CIPP/E, CIPM and FIP.
Eddy Thesee, Vice President Cyber-Security at Alstom Transport SA
Eddy Thésée brings 25 years of railway industry experience with a background in mathematics, telecommunications, and information technology. After holding various positions in IT, Finance and Engineering Method and tools, process governance, Eddy led Alstom’s global product cybersecurity development and associated business before being appointed Digital & Cyber Platform Vice-President at Alstom
