ORM hackathons are designed for people to collaborate on digital initiatives and quickly innovate new concepts, turning them into real products.
A hackathon is an event where people collaborate on digital initiatives and quickly innovate new concepts and real products.
ORM have designed hackathons with a number of companies and given them a platform to shape ideas into real products. The pressured time mixed with bringing together different skill-sets of people produces a creative environment that is conducive to rapid prototyping.
We use real industry challenges as the basis for our hackathons and can provide designers, developers, strategists and project managers to help teams innovate. You then have the opportunity to develop your idea further by working with us and select technology partners. In previous events we have partnered with Microsoft, but each hackathon can be tailored to suit your requirements. ORM has worked with NatWest, The Prince’s Trust, the housing sector and train operating companies to help them solve industry problems and create real life prototypes to use in their organisation.
