Rail Freight Forward members and sector associations have welcomed an MoU for the development of European Digital Automatic Coupling (DAC) for rail freight.
ERFA - the European Rail Freight Association - has welcomed the adoption by the European Parliament of the proposed European Regulation that establishes measures for a sustainable rail market.
The proposal, made by the French Prime Minister, will see track access charges waived until the end of 2020, which will support rail freight in a post-COVID-19 world.
