Sir Peter Hendy appointed Chair of Network Rail

Secretary of State for Transport, Patrick McLoughlin, has announced the appointment of Sir Peter Hendy as the new Chair of Network Rail. His appointment follows Professor Richard Parry-Jones resignation from the post earlier today.
