Robel Holding takes majority share in Vogel & Plötscher

Robel Holding GmbH now holds a majority share of 70 per cent in the German track measurement systems and electric drives company, Vogel & Plötscher GmbH & Co. KG.

Vogel & Plötscher GmbH & Co. KG (V&P) are specialists for track measurement systems and electric drives and will now be integrated into the Robel Holding. However, V&P branding will remain and as an independent company with 40 employees at their location in Breisach, Baden-Württemberg. Rolf Herter, long-time proprietor of V&P will remain as its Managing Director.
Robel CEO, Wolfgang R. Fally, said: “The brand Vogel & Plötscher stands like Robel for safety, quality and user-friendliness. Our products and our innovative spirit perfectly complement one another.”
Wolfgang continued: “With the integration of V&P into the Robel Group, we now have the chance to make full use of synergies on both sides and to promote each other with combined energy.“
Information about Robel Holding GmbH
On 31 May 2019, a change of name from Deutsche Plasser Holding GmbH to Robel Holding GmbH was realised. The following companies are new members of the Holding:
