Mafex promotes largest participation of Spanish railway companies at Innotrans

This year, the Spanish Association of Manufacturers and Exporters of Equipment and Services for the Railway Industry (MAFEX), will have an outstanding presence at Innotrans.

MAFEX, with the support of the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX), organizes the participation of all 47 companies attending the exhibition (MAFEX’S stand 115 in Hall 22), in order to show their technological innovations, as well as a complete range of specialized solutions for the different areas of the rail industry. This wide range of solutions includes such diverse fields as the manufacturing of fixed and rolling stock, signalling, electrification, engineering, consulting services, maintenance or interior design, among others.

The Spanish companies present at Innotrans represent a pioneering industry that has been transformed into one of the main reference points in many rail projects throughout the world for their expertise and high tecnological level developed over the past few years.

For MAFEX, the significant participation at Innotrans, the highest so far, is a sign of the importance of the external market for the Spanish rail industry: “the growth and international expansion is a strong bet for the contribution to the development of rail transport in the world, with technological advances, new products and state-of-the-art services.”
