Nomad Digital has announced the appointment of Jochen Felsberger as its new Regional Sales Manager (Germany), for the DACH region.
In a move to drive strategic focus in the DACH region, Nomad Digital, one of the leading providers of passenger and fleet connectivity solutions to the rail industry, has appointed Jochen Felsberger as Regional Sales Manager (Germany).
Jochen Felsberger has more than 20 years’ experience in the mobile, digital and telecoms industries, with experience in transport, and specifically in rail.
According to Nomad, Jochen’s role has two primary functions: to nurture and develop its existing customer relationships, and to explore new customer opportunities throughout the region. He will focus on building strategic relationships, with particular emphasis on developing ongoing relationships with train operators and supporting major accounts.
With a strong background across both the Telecommunication and Transportation sectors, Jochen has worked internationally as both a project and account manager, responsible for major telecoms customers, including Mobilkom Austria Group, T-Mobile, Telenor, Telefonica and Vodafone. In his last role at Siemens, where he held the position of Head of Presales, Jochen supported presales and business development activities across multiple industries throughout the EMEAI region. His broad rail experience includes condition based maintenance systems, including asset management and real-time monitoring.

Commenting on the appointment, Jean-Philippe Tissot, Nomad’s General Manager EMEAI, said “We are delighted to have Jochen on board. His experience and understanding of the DACH region, and importantly the transportation sector, will be an invaluable asset to both Nomad and our customers across the region.”
