He joined RATP Dev in 2017 as Director of Marketing and Customer Services at RATP Dev Casablanca, where he oversaw the creation and commissioning of Casablanca’s tramway network. Since 2021, he has been Director of Customer Services at RATP Dev Mobility Cairo, where he created and set up the Customer Services department, managing 800 people for line 3 of the Cairo metro and 600 for the Capital Train line (LRT).
